Overall I like the unit. I have used it twice and 250 is the lowest temp I can get. Just smoked a full brisket and attempted to use foil to collect the drippings into the water pan. Brisket was larger than the size of the pan and was attempting to keep the fat from dripping into the bottom of the unit. More practice with it is needed. Does not burn as much propane as I thought it would.
