We had a square "cage" from WorldMarket before, for grilling fish and such, but it was quite heavy and unyielding. This new gadget is much easier to handle. Like one of the other reviewers, I was a bit skeptical about the closing ring staying closed, but it has worked well so far. And with it's smaller size, it fits in the sink better and is much easier to clean than the big cage we had before. For a nice trout for two, one of those cages is big enough. I bought 2 for grilling 2 separate filets, and that works out well, too. We're very happy with this product!
