This stainless griddle rocks! I know it's expensive but it's totally worth it. The packaging was nice and there was no product damage. Courtesy of UPS. There's a dip or tray on the bottom of the griddle that holds off all the run off grease. The only problem I see with this product is that there is a hole drilled in that tray. So people, if you're going to have grease running off, make sure you find some type of hose or just a plain old bucket to catch the grease that's in the tray and flowing through the hole. But all in all, I like it very much.
