Product Description

The Flat Super Skewer has a crafted wooden handle and the steel tine measures 24" in length. The steel is approx 3/8" wide 12 gauge stainless steel with a pointed tip to make meat/vegetables easy to place onto the skewer (meat wont rotate). The overall length of the skewer is approx 27" including the handle (24" steel tine and 3" handle). The extra length allows you to cook more meat/vegetables on the one skewer.

I ordered these to replace far too many whimpy skewers that I I've wasted money on over the years. Grill Time shipped them the day after I ordered them and they arrived a couple of days later. They are all that I expected and perhaps a bit more!
They are, of course flat so food doesn't spin and they are long and sturdy. The wooden handle means you can turn them when you forget your BBQ mitt and not burn your hands. These are too wide for small things like cherry tomatoes but perfect for shrimp, meat chunks, onions etc. For delicate food you might want to use a paring knife to make a starter hole.
