Recived my Butterball Oil Free Turkey Fryer (20100809 model)Very well built cooker. Takes maybe 10 mins. to put together. Very simple. Very good even heat produced by the cooker. Will be very useful for many dishes other than Turkey. Out here in the Desert Southwest will be used often during the summer time when oven cooking inside the house is unbearably hot. Only one complaint about this cooker, Do Not Use untill you wash and "cook out" the unit. Will take 8 to 10 hours of use before the paint gasses off. Would not cook any food until this step is done. All in all a great useable product. Very good purchase.
