I cook salmon all the time. Sometimes I broil it. Sometimes I bake it. It is always delicious either way. However, from the online reviews, I expected my salmon to be out of this world when I used my plank. Unfortunately, I just didn't get that result. I seasoned my plank as directed and followed all directions but, quite frankly, I really couldn't tell any difference. I'm very disappointed. This think was expensive. Hopefully, I'll get better results the second time around. Maybe it just needs to be "seasoned."
