I have used this basket a few times this summer and it's worked very well for us! Even though it comes as a service for 4, I was able to add in enough cutlery and plates for 2 more people, making it good for 6 ! Love the insulated portion for hot foods - it is roomy and does keep food reasonably warm. There was enough space on the other side to add in a flask and 6 a few stainless steel coffee mugs. We haven't used the cloth napkins, prefer the disposable ones. But the quality of the wine glasses, napkins etc. is quite good. The basket does get a little heavy once filled with goodies, but any basket of more than average quality is going to be a little heavy. So far, we really enjoy it!
