Here you will find a nice little nifty smoke box. It is stainless steel with a nice finish having holes both in the top and bottom with a lid that fits secure.

I like using both chips and smaller chunks in these with some shallots and a few other herbs to go along with the wood. If your working close to your heat source you may want to put a small sheet of foil beneath this smoker box.
