Drilling out the old screw heads is the easiest way to remove the old burner, but you will need to take care not to damage the ignitors and attaching brackets. With the burner loose you can get to the retaining nuts on the ignitor brackets. Soak them with WD40 then loosen the nuts, remove and reuse the old parts.
