The bag seems to be well made, good quality, and is really cute. But the first thing I'm disappointed about, is in the description it said there was service for four with salt and pepper shakers. It's service for two, with no salt and pepper shakers. I made a suggestion to change the product description, so hopefully it will be changed. Also, there is a plastic covered cardboard insert in the bottom of the cooler part of the bag. It was bent and ruined due to the way it was packaged. If they could have stood it up inside the bag, it wouldn't have been ruined when they squished the bag for shipping. Everything else looks really good. I'm just going to throw out the bottom insert, and I will look into an additional service for two. Hope this helps others.
Update** I ended up returning the bag because there's not enough room for another service for two in the outside pocket. Return was very easy! The bag is still a great bag, and so cute! If you only need two service sets, don't hesitate to buy :)
