This is a great plank for indoor use. I have used it for salmon in the oven with good success. It adds a nice mellow smoke flavor to fish. The plank is about 7" square and the well to hold food is 6" in diameter. It holds one single serving of fish perfectly -- so it is definitely a personal roasting plank.
