My boyfriend and I love this grill. They make the most moist burgers, steaks, pork loins, everything! I love that it cooks at a steady temperature. You just turn it on, tell it what temp you want to grill at and you can watch the thermostat reach and stay at that temp. My favorite is the chicken. You can cook an entire chicken super easy. Just put it breast side up and walk away. No flipping, no basting, no sauces and it comes out better than any chicken on propane, charcoal, or in the oven. It's so juicy! My boyfriend likes to make beef jerky on it. Just cut chuck steak into 1/2 inch thick strips, season with anything you want, and cook for about an hour on the smoke setting. No need to flip or anything! We even cook frozen pizzas on it!
