I am divided on this review:

The coals are great, even though pricey. They are some of the best I have found. Burn clean, very little ash, great taste with the food. Very happy with the item. That being said...

The seller (Brookstone) is really disappointing. Order took nearly five weeks and half a dozen email responses from me to arrive. They had to ship a second time for no defined reason. Then the coals arrived without the advertised starter pack. Response time from the seller is marginal (automated email, followed by a reply within 48 hours.) Just a frustrating experience all around. Starter pack can be supplemented with cheaper, non-lighter fluid options. I'll look for these coals again from another distributor.
