Super yummy - used twice, once on smoked baby-backs and again on some yellowtail fish. Delish on both. A nice, clean, citrusy taste that was a wonderful surprise! Just a side note, the chips burned a little hot (not a problem if you keep an eye on the BBQ... but be sure to do so). Absolutely not a quality problem, just a hot-burning wood, but the taste is WELL worth a little vigilance while parked by the barbecue with a cold beer and a handy squirt bottle of water. Enjoy! :D
