We put alot of money into our BBQ purchase ($900.00) so these were worth buying to fix it up as no matter how much you spend BBQ need up keeps. So Glad we bought it as our BBQ is used at least 3 times a week year round. IBe sure to do exact measures if you are considering this product. We thought we did but they were a bit short. 2. All structural parts are welded not screwed together
3. 90%+ assembled
4. Assembly not done involved placing vaporizers and grates in the grill plus attaching side shelves. Time was about 10 minutes.
5. My local plumber connected the gas for the existing line in about 20 minutes and I then bolted to the deck (10 minutes).
6. Unpacking easy thanks to manufacturer

NEGATIVES:
1. Ordered White Glove Delivery Service from Appliance Connection for my ZIP code which includes unpacking and placing the grill on a ground level deck (two steps up like the first floor of the house). When the grill arrived in a week was informed by the driver they had no such service and would only leave the boxed grill and pallet on my driveway. After unpacking slid the grill 40' to my deck on packing material. Lifting the 165+ lb grill up the two steps to the deck for my wife and myself was very difficult.
2. Appliance Connection seems very disorganized.
